Onar Andros
Onar Andros is an eco-conscious retreat in a protected wetland, where traditional stone cottages meet one of the Cyclades' most pristine beaches.

Onar Andros lies within the Natura 2000 protected wetland at Achla, where a river lined with plane trees meets a secluded pebble beach. The property comprises 17 stone cottages and villas built with local materials - volcanic stone, wood and river reeds - in harmony with the landscape.
Cottages feature minimal interiors with white and earthy tones, sitting rooms with fireplaces, kitchenettes and private courtyards beneath pergolas. Large windows blur the boundary between indoors and the surrounding nature. Apivita toiletries honour local botanical traditions.
The restaurant serves traditional Andriot recipes using seasonal organic produce, fresh fish and local dairy in a stone-paved courtyard shaded by ancient plane trees. Yoga sessions, hiking trails and diving can be arranged.
Achla Beach lies 350 metres away - accessible only by the hotel path or by boat. Onar delivers genuine retreat for travellers seeking authenticity over polish, on the greenest island in the Cyclades.
