Olea All Suite Hotel occupies a hillside in Tsilivi, designed by Block722 Architects for the Xenos Hotels group. The 93 suites cluster in island-like formations around a 4,000-square-metre pool that resembles a natural lake, with streams and waterways connecting communal areas, hidden gardens and age-old olive trees.
Cube structures in sand and pearl tones blend Mediterranean architecture with tropical modernism. Suites ranging from 36 to 105 square metres feature oak wood, bamboo, rattan and rough natural materials contrasting smooth interior surfaces. Earth-tone colours and ambient lighting encourage relaxation, while statement lounge furniture on terraces overlooks the waterways and Ionian Sea. Many suites include private pools - the ultimate addition to this adults-friendly retreat welcoming guests aged 12 and above.
Three restaurants span refined gastronomic excellence to regional Zakynthian flavours. The 300-square-metre Olea Royal Spa offers hammam, yoga studio and treatments featuring Mediterranean herbs and aromatic oils.
