Canaves Ena
Canaves Ena is an 18-suite boutique hotel carved from 17th-century wine caves at the highest point in Oia.

Canaves Ena occupies the highest point in Oia, its 18 suites carved from 17th-century caves once used by the Chaidemenos family to store generations of vintage wine. The first property in the Canaves Collection, it helped define the island's now-iconic boutique hotel aesthetic.
Following a complete renovation in 2024, cave-style suites blend contemporary design with traditional architecture. Whitewashed interiors flow onto private verandas with caldera views. The River Pool Suite features a one-of-a-kind jacuzzi carved into the original rock.
Adami restaurant serves homestyle Greek cuisine, translating the island's culinary heritage into refined plates. The infinity pool features a swim-up bar; spa treatments are available at nearby Canaves Oia Suites.
Couples only (children under 13 not permitted). Canaves Ena delivers 40 years of family hospitality with fresh contemporary style - boutique intimacy at the heart of the Canaves portfolio.
