Saint
Saint is a minimalist all-suite hotel in Oia, designed by Kapsimalis Architects with Scandinavian sensibility and caldera drama.

Saint cascades down the caldera cliffs at the quietest edge of Oia, 16 suites designed by Kapsimalis Architects to blend traditional Santorinian cave architecture with contemporary Scandinavian restraint. Former homes, barns and cellars have been transformed into a dazzling white sanctuary where geometric forms frame infinite Aegean views.
Each suite opens onto a private terrace with heated pool or jacuzzi, separated by sculptural white walls. Interiors embrace an austere minimalism: smooth plastered caves in total white, subtle gold accents and amorphous furniture by Hay, Muuto and Nikari. The Element Suite features a jacuzzi carved into the original rock formation.
Trinity Restaurant serves gourmet Greek-Mediterranean cuisine poolside. The Sacred Spa includes hammam, steam room, sauna and massage treatments. Sky Bar offers cocktails with caldera panoramas. A central infinity pool connects six levels via a sculptural concrete staircase.
A short walk from Oia's blue-domed churches yet removed from the crowds. Adults only (over 13s welcome). Saint channels the purity of Cycladic design into a singular retreat - otherworldly minimalism with volcanic drama.
