Perivolas
Perivolas is a restored collection of 300-year-old cave houses in Oia, where minimalist design meets legendary caldera views.

Perivolas clings to the caldera cliffs near Oia, a collection of 300-year-old cave houses restored by the Psychas family since the 1960s. Once the homes, wineries and stables of local fishermen, these structures now form one of Santorini's most photographed properties.
21 whitewashed houses cascade down terraced gardens toward a stone courtyard and legendary infinity pool. Interiors embody Cycladic minimalism: vaulted ceilings pierced by skylights, beds built into snug alcoves, and posies of hand-picked flowers. No televisions - Perivolas encourages guests to switch off.
The restaurant, housed in a restored wine cellar, serves Mediterranean and Greek cuisine prepared with local produce. The wellness studio offers a steam bath, sauna, outdoor hot tub and massage treatments.
A short walk from Oia village. Adults only (16+). Perivolas pioneered the Santorini cave-hotel aesthetic - its magazine-cover infinity pool remains one of the most iconic images in Greek hospitality.
