Chapter Roma
Chapter Roma is a 42-room hotel in a 19th-century Regola building, with industrial interiors by South African Tristan Du Plessis.

Chapter Roma occupies a 19th-century building in the Renaissance-era Regola district near the Jewish Ghetto. Johannesburg-based designer Tristan Du Plessis led the interiors across 42 rooms, drawing on the neighbourhood’s industrial heritage with exposed brick, black-steel furniture and bronze accents.
Each room is unique, with two-tone wood panelling, velvet-lined beds and bronze furnishings. Furniture by Tom Dixon, Seletti and Moroso sits alongside pieces by Roman artisans. Marshall speakers throughout.
Campocori, the ground-floor restaurant, draws on 1930s New York-Italian dining. Hey Güey is a Mexican rooftop over Roman domes. The Hey Baby lobby bar is known for the best negronis in the city.
Set in Regola, on the border with the Jewish Ghetto. Campo de’ Fiori, the Pantheon and Trastevere are all within walking distance.
