Orient Express La Minerva
Orient Express La Minerva is the brand's first hotel, set in a 17th-century palazzo by Piazza della Minerva and the Pantheon.

Orient Express La Minerva opened in 2025 as the first standalone Orient Express hotel, in a 17th-century palazzo on Piazza della Minerva, footsteps from the Pantheon. Franco-Mexican artist-architect Hugo Toro designed the 93 rooms and suites, blending Art Deco with nods to the brand's rail heritage.
Bedside tables nod to 1920s steamer trunks; wardrobes feature woven leather. Bathrooms use Rosso di Verona stone and red travertine. Rivolta Carmignani linens, as in the original Orient Express sleeper carriages.
La Minerva Bar serves Mediterranean fare beneath a restored glass-and-iron ceiling. Rooftop Gigi Rigolatto Roma offers panoramic views of the Pantheon and St Peter's dome. A hammam spa opens later this year.
Set on Piazza della Minerva by the Pantheon, in Rome's centro storico. Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori are within walking distance.
