Noūs Santorini rises from the island's central plateau near Mesaria, designed by Divercity Architects in collaboration with MPlusM to blend striking contemporary lines with Cycladic vernacular. The name means 'mind' in ancient Greek - and the property channels a holistic approach to island living.
Voguish rooms and nest-like suites feature coral-toned mosaics, geometric forms and earthy textures inspired by Santorini's Akrotiri murals. Bespoke furnishings by Doshi Levien, Konstantin Grcic and Faye Toogood fill light-flooded interiors. Many rooms open onto private pools and alfresco dining terraces.
The Signature restaurant offers Mediterranean fine dining on a lantern-lit, vine-covered terrace. NOŪS Spa balances holistic treatments with a sauna, steam bath and cold plunge. Naturalist gardens, a yoga deck and a meditative fire pit encourage slow living.
